Before founding BLU Exterior Solutions, Jesse spent 14 years in management within food manufacturing — an industry where facility cleanliness isn't optional, it's a regulatory requirement. Working daily alongside heavy industrial equipment that demanded rigorous cleaning standards gave him a deep, hands-on understanding of what truly works when it comes to maintaining surfaces, removing buildup, and preserving the integrity of a facility.
That background shaped the entire philosophy behind BLU. Jesse doesn't think in terms of one-time washes — he thinks in terms of preventative maintenance, asset protection, and long-term property care. The same discipline that kept a food manufacturing plant running clean and compliant is what drives every exterior maintenance program BLU builds for its clients today.
Most importantly, those years in management taught Jesse how to truly understand what a customer needs — and how to implement best practices that create the best possible outcome.
